I stayed at BanyanTree KL for a birthday weekend. The room was amazing, with views of KL tower and the skyline. Huge bath tub, great room service too. Staff were superb overall. Huge huge shoutout to Ibrahim at Vertigo Bar and KJ at reception for going above and beyond to oblige my requests. These two in particular deserve a raise 😄 Location is key and this hotel definitely delivers, it’s within walking distance to pavilion and many other shopping centres. Breakfast was superb, and I will definitely be back the next time I’m in KL.

This hotel knows all about details and perfection. The room was super, all amenities you could need. At breakfast I was offered a scarf because the airco was too cold for me. The salad bar was good with the right dressing (balsamico). The orange jus was fresh and made from well tasting oranges. The staff was extremely friendly, very good service. The view at night from the roof top bar was super . The location of the hotel is central and close to many nice places. We also loved the restaurant Hakka around the corner with good seafood .

The rooms were absolutely beautiful. We loved the large comfy bed, spacious bedroom area and cleanliness. The room was made up perfectly each day, and we loved the warmth of the turn down service laying out slippers and lighting scented incense. The bath was also huge and perfect to sink in to after a busy day. The pool area is amazing, with a view of the Petronas Towers. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The spa was excellent and reasonably priced.

We stayed at the beginning and end of our Malaysia holiday. First in the premium king and next in the signature king. Both rooms were amazing but the signature room has the most incredible views of the landmarks. The room is beautifully and sensibly appointed. The breakfast on the 58th floor Horizon restaurant is a spectacular way to greet the day. The breakfast provided offered options for all cultural preferences.

I recently enjoyed an upgraded room at sky suite for my Wife birthday celebration, courtesy of the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome and attentive service throughout our stay. The upgraded room boasted stunning views and spacious comfort, complemented by thoughtful birthday amenities. The hotel's spa services were also top-notch, adding to the overall relaxation of our experience. Additionally, the breakfast dinner at the hotel was incredibly yummy, further enhancing our delightful stay. Highly recommend for any special occasion.

Our stay at Banyan Tree was the best decision I had made. It was fantastic from start to finish. Right after booking, the hotel sent us a helpful guide with details about the facilities and the great location. This made us feel welcome even before we arrived. The hotel has direct access to Pavilion Mall, which was super convenient for shopping and dining. The location is perfect for exploring the area. The luxury rooms were amazing. The shower felt like a spa, and the dressing room was spacious and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The entire experience at Banyan Tree was amazing: perfect location, everything was up to the 5 stars, including cleanliness, services, and the staff. We tried pretty much everything: the restaurant, the cocktail bar, the spa, the room service, the high tea, and we loved everything we did.
